BK seems more and more isolated against the Murthy bulldozer trampling everything (and everyone) in its path. Days are counted for old clown shoes.

The Intel Board of Directors is exceeding weak, and when compared against other high tech companies, the Intel Board is shamefully outclassed. Intel is in big trouble since the make up of the board of directors is very difficult to change. Brian Krzanich is completely inept and not qualified in any way to be CEO. There were many reasons why it took so long to choose his as CEO... He is a very unethical person and technically lacks knowledge of advanced processes. He also claims to be a "numbers guy" which is a nice way to say that he does not know jack sh1t about running a business to developing corporate wide strategies.
Look at Intel's BoD compared to say some other leading companies and you see the problem, same when you look closely at BKs record.

Brian Krzanich ultimately must be held responsible for the lion's share of Intel's mistakes. BK and the Board of Directors are simply not qualified to run a company like Intel. All of Intel and Intel investors will pay a very large price. BK and the Board hold on to their positions out of arrogance and greed. That combination will not save Intel and it will certainly not lead Intel to greatness.
Years ago when AMD chose Hector Ruiz to run AMD, it was a disaster as Ruiz was the main culprit who brought down SPG group at Motorola. Now Intel brings in MR who was a failure at Qualcomm. Why is it that companies like to hire folks who have done badly in their previous jobs hoping that these failed folks will be able to reinvent the company?
We all know that fatso was a failure at Q, he wasn't picked as the QCT president, and Q didn't even thank him for his 10+ years of service when he left.
It is ironic that maybe MR is spreading too thin....
All the executives have huge egos and huge paychecks to match. Till the end PSO was arrogant, but having a good life after phucking up, BK will be no different.
As to Stacey, yup 10nm is such a FUBAR someone will most certainly pay. Somebody will be paying for it, the question how high he fall guy is going to be, LOL

Next in line will be Stacy Smith, will be convenient to blame 10nm delay or bad acquisitions on him. After that will be BK's turn. Wonder why HBO or Netflix is not making this into another House of Cards or Silicon Valley. We sure all enjoy watching it in real life.
Murthy will not save Intel. He manages by fear and intimidation, and that is never great leadership.
BK is a TMG factory monkey, what is worse he didn't come from the TD, nothing but a low FSM with an education to match.
He has no clue to deep things in silicon manufacturing or product design.
Murthy credentials are stellar and no question in design and product wipes BK as will all his minions.
BK has purged anyone that might be on his side of the old guard.
So between misguided ACTs, stupid acquisitions and TMG 10nm FUBAR BK will get the ACT.
