@ibvk - glad someone said this.
good riddance. she managed with intimidation and none of her staff liked her. DCG results would be good with anyone running it, she was at the right place at the right time. New leadership may help grow the business again
Nothing new - new CEO turns over execs (Gelsinger and Splinter...) Press still references Intel's "deep bench" of management talent. True once, but now -- If they only really knew.
The strategy and management approach from the clown of San Jose State is brilliant! Fire all the senior executives and blame them for the failures and fools the BoD and stockholders.
BK, sadly your incontenence will eventually be exposed and when your pi$$ing all over intel future is obvious you too will be gone as the final ACT
DCGers - what's the mood like???
Bring back ks please
What is to be read into the fact that none of Diane's staff - many corp VPs - didn't get the job? My read - more purging, resignations to come. Maybe Navin brought in as hatchet man...
She just got a promotion! I'm

She got canned today. They just sent the email.
@kdl - good news!
On May 3, 2017, Intel Corporation (the “Company”) announced that, effective May 31, 2017, Diane Bryant, Group President of the Company’s Data Center Group (“DCG”), will take a personal leave of absence. Ms. Bryant’s leave is expected to last approximately six to eight months. Navin Shenoy, Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Client Computing Group (“CCG”), will change roles and assume responsibility for DCG, and Ms. Bryant will be appointed to a new position when she returns from her leave. Dr. Venkata (Murthy) Renduchintala, Group President of the Client and Internet of Things Businesses and Systems Architecture, whose organization includes CCG, will serve as acting head of CCG.
DB is out, heard today. Shenoy took over.
Diane B??? You know not of what you speak - unless she got canned today. (And she's part of the f-d up team running the place.)
