I was a heritage Burlington / Poco employee and remember when COP bought BRC and how all the Conoco people were quick to let us know how we didn't know what and how to operate. Its to bad COP has run this company into the ground excessive spending , mass amount of procedures and policies, layers on layers of leadership , and employee's with entitlement issues it's sad sad times . Upper management should be very proud of what they accomplished.

Don't forget politics. You almost need a degree in political science to wirk here and navigate the "game."
