Same with AM (Advanced Materials group). I along with 4 other Engineers have moved on to greener pastures after the relentless abuse by the "Leadership Team". Telling some to "just get it done" and reprimanding them when they can't under ridiculous "lean" conditions is unnecessary and bad for everyone involved. H-well is more prone to the Anorexic manufacturing practices (not lean).

Rockwell Collins satellite branch in Phoenix for Integrated Avionics C---pit, etc.. ? Great company.

They could acquire a wide spectrum of extremely talented engineers in a very short time frame.

I don't want to speculate too much, but those of us engineers under Aero know very well the culture developed by Honeywell reguarding free overtime and yield. We are all afraid of those metrics and the culture developed by Honeywell has pushed engineers to overcharge, misscharge, and in some cases just sit on a charge number reguardless of the work or lack of. This Is the culture in Aero and it is coming out. When it finally comes out publicly, Honeywell is going to be black listed by the US Goverment.
