For all you prideful Aero VP's and Directors that tortured employees with your sycophantic obedience to crazy Honeywell HR policies, without regard to working people, your time has come with the Aero spin off. Totally agree. The hundreds of directors with no direct reports and VPs who aren't accountable, your time is up. I can't wait to see all those overpaid email pushers get shown the door. Don't worry though,in your next job interview tell them how good you are at towing the company line, s---ing up and sending email. You'll be a shoe in LOL
