OWG .. fight and don't lay-low. ODI works .... there should be no surprises in March. Crappy new manager should get IR next year. You're good...don't let them say you're not.
Spot on! Thanks to OWG, the H1B is not so clueless, but still, look where that got Intel. No innovation when you have a work force that can only follow misguided commands from a disconnected country club.
