The whole Amazon division at Quidsi that was laid off this week wishes they still had a job at Amazon as well.
At least at Target you can have endless coffees and get by on talk alone. Amazon is churn and burn. Be lucky if you last one year at that place!
FYI Amazon only hires TM's with a sense of purpose and personal accountability, OP you're clearly not in that demo.
Unless you're in your 20s, i don't think anybody will hire you at amazon, facebook, or any trendy apps company these days...
They cannot offer voluntary RIF, half of Target team would leave....sad!
