They just laid off and wiped out an entire department at the Lincoln NE location. No notice just came in to work was laid off with 20+ other employees.

The Tech implosion is in full steam with many thousands being laid off by everyone from Oracle to Intel, to every start up.
Being positive is one thing, deluded false hope does nobody any good.
That's f---ed up! Especially since many employees let go were great employees and they retained many employees who are trash and don't do their work. This especially true in upper management. Thanks IBM for this surprise this morning and making loyal employees and their families suffer!
