Head over to glassdoor.com and put in your review of IBM and it gives you a chance to rate the CEO, who just took a five million dollar bonus for about 33 million compensation in 2016, all for twenty straight quarters of revenue decline under her reign. You can post anonymously on glassdoor. We need everyone to do this in order to counter the fake positive reviews that IBM HR puts up there. People need to know the truth about working at IBM. Please take a minute to do this.

If revenue is on continue decline it is obviously that Gini needs lots of RA'ds in order to keep her compensation and bonus high.

True, but there are a LOT more of us than them. We need to crowdsource this, everyone needs to contribute and nag others (current or past employees) to go to glassdoor and overwhelm it with negative (truthful) reviews and a vote of non-support for the CEO. You can do this anonymously and keep it professional or they'll just delete it.
