That is a very inefficient and arrogant group. They are NOT helpful at all !
I don't even know who the VP of HR is.... ? I know that function is tainted with a lot of problems, a lot of turnover and lack of leadership. I know of very good talent that left the company because of that.
Who is the VP of HR? Wasn't it the CEO's buddy ?
NOTHING our management can do about oil and gas prices but hedge which does not address our real problems or the industry as a whole problems.
Loyal--- willing to do what's asked , not necessarily what's needed .
Company run by top few down and all about the bottom line. Not run by HR.
