Since no matter how people actually respond on BTS, Target leadership will always spin as - things are great and everyone is engaged. Save me the hassel of filling it out, giving suggestions for how things can be improved and meaningless updates on progress. TARGET S---S EGGS as an employer. Great for weirdos!

Target employees are a bunch of pussies. You don't work in a Bangladesh shoe factory for pennies per day but you are SO UPSET over insulting merit increases and employee opinion surveys. First world problems, deal with them.
It's sad and it's true.BTS...why? No one listens and they do spin it around and put it back on you...it's self development crap. Never management always you.

Target is going to be in a battle for talent in next 5 years. It is no longer an employer market, employees are back in charge of their future. Target will have to change employee treatment drastically to retain or hire anyone.
