What updates do we have coming from Shakopee?

a rif and poor performance are two different things. If an employee s---s fire them, dont give them package.
Well, after Korea is digested, it's time again soon to generate more EPS offsets. Shakopee is probably the next one on the list. I think there is too much fear of losing some critical knowledge to shut it down completely and suddenly in one shot like Korea since there's still a lot of site specialization. So, I expect a huge 50%+ layoff in 2017 after springtime. When in 2018 they announce preparations for the site shutdown to take place in 2019, I expect only a small remainder left to be impacted. There may be some small fraction retained and relocated to the growing vacant space in the NRM facility who decline relocation to LCO and still have value to offer. Now there is the possibility that Singapore is instead shut down first, and all those products are redirected to the SHK site, but that doesn't appear to be the current path for now. There it is. The complete timeline I have pieced together from little birds that whisper in my ears.
Also heard in the hallway they are going close Shakopee, layoff most and transfer rest to Bloomington after interviews to keep their job
It is going to be a bad one and management going to target certain groups of employees and make it look like poor performance
