So what should I get? Can we sue? I got sh-- from Target breach, why would I get any more sh-- from STX?

zero, because Seagate execs decided to wash their hands of the issue and let each employees deal with the headache and expense themselves. Identity protection? Please! That will not help the employees that have already been futtbucked by Seagate's incompetence. Why doesn't Seagate financially reimburse employees for their expenses related to this matter? Two reasons.

1) The decision makers are not ethical.

2) The decision makers want a bigger bonus, and this would take away from that.
