I know unions seem old fashioned and are nearly dead in America, but they were born from employee frustration and distrust of their employer. We have had rounds of layoffs, low and unhelpful communication, and a continuous downward trend in all aspects of COP company culture. It may be time to think about organizing a uniform message of what COP employees are missing in the workplace. Respond with "Agree" if you think starting and joining a union is of interest to you. Thank you.

I am in for all men union all night long baby! It will be hot and wild.
@MunIJZw-1xrh spot on remark! Unions are bad, real bad..... Especially for how they protect worthless employees. Don't need more of that!
Start a union if you really want to be treated bad and have no hope of promotion. A union will guarantee mediocre low wages and you will still get the boot when the business busts! The poster of this thread must be an idiot!!!
Ha ha ha ha ha......ha ha ha.....LMAO classic
Either a troll, or someone that is completely delusional. We've had what 6, 7 straight quarters of losses? We have better pay and perks than most other industries. You think factory workers get 9/80 schedules? Sure there are some management issues. Either speak up, or go elsewhere else and let COP sink or swim. Snowflakes whining about perks that many would give their right arm for are part of the problem, not the solution.
LOL thanks for that, i really needed a good laugh this morning,
This is probably the dumbest idea I've heard. Unions were to protect people from death and slavery, not to help out the poor oilfield workers making $200k/yr for working 6 hour days. Once you get rid of your sense of entitlement, you may actually have nothing to worry about for job security.
Why need a union and dues, am already getting paid for doing nothing.
Union dues are usually about 1-3% of your pay. How many people would be willing to pay ~$2000/yr in dues only to see them wasted on political candidates for the left?
Unions are the worst.
