Anyone know DATE by when manager has to upload FOCAL in system and get accepted by employee ? I had my focal few days ago and have not received email to acknowlege the focal.
I asked manager and his answer was "by date it is due".

High raise won't matter as an old employee about to face the axe 😂 😂 😅 ...temporary happiness.
Review deliver and ackwnowledgment are totally different.
Those with IR or part those identified for the next ACT ( level 4, level 5, IR or those w/o positive stock or rating the last five years ) will be kicked to the curb well before acknowledgment deadline.

More religious an Intel boss is - more dishonest, devious, sly cunning the boss is.
Going to church and temples praying will not wash their evil mind and deeds.
Stop pestering the boss, bosses at Intel are not supposed to work.
Their operation manager manages their budget. Their HR manages people and HC. Their admin manages their calendar. Their reports do their work which they submit as their own.
Leave Intel bosses to bull$hit, spend time at gym, enjoy life, enjoy their extra marital affairs during work hours and often on Intel expense.
Please stop pestering your boss. It may take up to a year. Even then, the docs can be revised and replaced. Hell, I even had a few bosses who never wrote a review for the entire few years I worked for them. They gave me a pay letter and that was it.
The bosses are exhasted already from dealing with their bosses, their bosses bosses, hr needing adjustments to help out diversity equity, fighting for scraps for your behind, and protecting their own behind from backstabbing co-worke.
And, it has all been going on since christmas.

It leave too large a window and increases possibility of boss altering your Focal document without your knowledge.
....or the boss getting ACTed before then !!!! In this ACT, MCM will in going after managers/directors/GMs in greater numbers. That's why you have seen movement of VPs and GMS since beginning of the year. Many running into orgs where their friends are -or- leaving Intel. Others are hiding themselves in lower hierarchy of organizations.
It's usually something like June 1 to upload the docs. But honestly who can tell anymore?
