Fckn Slave drivers at the Distribution Centers

Target management doesn't care about their employees like they say they do. Theh preach about how all the changes and new policies are to better help understand Target vision for the future. At the end of the blah blah blah they mention how performance metrics are going up and we need to be adaptable to change. Funny how the workers don't get a raise but management receives bonuses every qrt based on our performance. If you speak up about issues you better get your sh-- straight because they will team up against you until you slip and it's a wrap. This is why they hire straight young supervisors straight from college. No previous experience needed all they want is a stupid young mind to train and carry out orders with questioning if it's the right thing to do. We like to call them Puppet Masters. There is no point going to HR bevause they're all 1 big corporate Gang.. White Collar Gangsters.

The thing that management always overlooks in the DC is how MORALE of its employees affects the work

0f the employees. They sit around and come up with all these new processes that might save a minute here and there of "wasted time not working" but if the employees don't like the process than it ends up

Wasting even more time throughout the day because of unhappiness, gossiping and complaining about management. Here's a little advice for the higher ups. The best way to get the most productivity out of each employee is to keep them as happy as you can!! Stop with the constant harassment about numbers,

Stop with the nonsensical ticky-tac process changes that pisses everyone off and most importantly just treat us like humans. You want more productivity?? If we actually felt valued and not like prisoners when we're there than maybe you'd get more productivity.

Target stopped caring about the hourly employees some time a go. They are turning the distribution centers more like the amazon work environment every day. In my opinion the worst is yet to come.
