I do not have a high opinion of Intel leaders but this move is truly surprising to even me... Why would Intel want to partner with TEPCO of all the possible partners in the world? This is astounding for its stupidity.

This is kind if a misleading headline. The article implies more interaction with McAfee:
"Tepco subsidiary Tepco Power Grid will sign a memorandum of understanding with an Intel cybersecurity company, information technology group NTT Data, Toshiba and others as early as this month. The partners will also consider setting up a joint investment company."
Either way, I have to state that as an ISPer, this board helps me make decisions about my Intel stock. Once my exit strategy has been completed, I am out of here.

That's right, criticize the OP or the post. Why can't some Intel fan boy answer the question as to why this is the best deal for Intel and for Intel investors? Is TEPCO (with its huge nuclear reactor problems and legal issues) the best organization in the global market to partner with?

It is not stalking to keep track of a company, especially if someone has stock or other interest in the company. It is quite simple using RSS news feeds or a myriad of news applications. I'm assuming that the critic of the OP post still works at Intel... ha ha ha... Idiot employees don't keep track of their own company and worse, most don't care...
