Look how well such a scheme worked for Yahoo. "many employees are excited because they just love working in an office." They will lose so much of the talent they can't afford to lose if they actually had any shot at surviving long term. One more desperate attempt at a stunt to get attention that they are doing something to drive innovation. Innovation usually happens off-site while you are doing something else and is a mindset that office space can't really do much for. This is hard to watch.
