Purely BS. Only Employees will participate and chamchas of CM or IPO team will get this 1 lakh award.

We are looking at putting a better Hackathon together in Avaya Galway. Can't wait to see the executive team in Ireland and see the world class projects us and are partners can do.
There are many managers who have no work.. so ideas like this evolves n taken to completion
I think if Marketing is involved I would almost guarantee the winner will be from outside Avaya, partner or friendly customer that needs s---ing up to.
