Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel once the admired silicon leader now it is TSMC. Any questions what happens is silicon of you aren't leading ?

Intel is nothing more than the boring manufacture of x86, slowing dying client and server as ARMy conquers all. No leadership insures a bleak future of contraction and layoffs.

Small old fabs that can't competed with the huge scale of TSMC and Samsung.

You don't here BK talking Moores Law or virtuous cycle much as he and PSO totally fumbled it. Nice to see him chase every fad with no results.

BK is the worst of the TMG lot, he couldn't tell you anything technical if it wasn't on a PPT from a TA, but he does go to Best Buy, about he level of his self comprehension level to talk to sales associates there.

Agree his TMG lackeys like Sohail, Anne and Josh all need to go

The BoD needs a purge as well selecting him.

But, was it not BK who was heading TMG in this run upto this epic failure and he got rewarded to be the CEO?

I am amazed that the leadership from TMG hasn't been purged by the BoD.

They have failed spectacularly while having the lead and over promised and under delivered for the past three nodes. They have gone from a two to three year lead to parity this year and a year behind next year and by 7nm two years behind while overspending everyone.

Big ACTs shield come to TMG and its management.
