So many haters. Yes Intel is my life blood. Intel is a like a big city. If you dont like what you are doing, make the effort and use the available resources and connections and move. Do not expect to become wealthy working at Intel unless you have a PHD are in the executive click. Intel has never operated in the red as I know of. But when they loose profit the employees take the fall. I am a long time employee, without a PHD, and hope to pass while still employed. Simply put after dedicating over 1/3 of my life to Intel, I have accepted that I will be laid off because of my age group and before I reach a qualifying retirement age. This is not just Intel's doing, its America's capitalistic culture. I hope President Trump does not build the wall too high, because I will need to cross the border to Mexico to survive.

Your boss texts and calls you day and night for a plan and update so he keeps his job and then gives you 2.5%. He of course skins a bit of stock and money so his boss has a bigger budget to reward him, and his boss does the same. You engineers are so stupid
