I had obtained Intel HR policy manual at one time - have thrown it since. I suggest you request - either pdf or paper copy - try to find what it says in regards to rewards. Or try searching circuit for an answer.

RSU grant is dependent on market value, not number of shares. Some data points:
Grade 7 ssl2 is $14k
Grade 7 ssl1 is $20k
Grade 8 ssl2 is $20k
