INTEL Corporation (INTC) Balance Sheet

INTEL Corporation (INTC) Balance Sheet:

Total Cash (mrq) 17.1B

Total Cash Per Share (mrq) 3.62

Total Debt (mrq) $40.50B USD <<========== After Mobileeye acquisition

Total Debt/Equity (mrq) 60.00 <<========== After Mobileeye acquisition

These morons are doing unbelievable stuff! They completely lost any sense of Reality. They live in Virtual Paranoic Parallel World! Sickos... Bastards!

Could anybody call team of Psychiatrists to put whole INTEL BOD to the hospital, and give them very strong sleeping medications/sedatives??? Please, anybody?! :bang:

Its still party and drinking as usual for some favored departments like MIT, DCG with unlimited budgets. I wonder when will BK start clamping down on all these department throwing $ recklessly.

It is just all about INTEL BOD deep state of desperation. I understand... BOD is not able to get any decent yielding on 10nm, and competition is breathing behind the INTEL's neck.

So, in order to get decent cash flow (keep cash flowing in), INTEL BOD gambles on Mobileeye acquisition. They need at least 5 million self-driving customers with their acquired technology to justify this purchase. F_I_V_E M_I_L_L_I_O_N customers (given that this built-in technology costs ~$4K USD). :-(

This is the very last, desperate move. I guess, INTEL is NOT going to purchase anything beyond $few 100M USD. It would be clear suicide. I hope, these BOD bozos understand this, what I wrote here.

Gone are the days where intel engineers, managers, senior managers, and executives had brains. These days it is a clown at the end of the parade trying to catch up anyway he can and ruining the company as he tries.

..I dont think the employees are the ones who make the decisions . The BOD I would say are. And basically if the employees don't like the decisions they are making there are many Rcg's just waiting to take there place. Unfortunately this is probably the way it is.

The balance sheet is ugly -- I've commented on this multiple times. Intel employees & investors should be the most concerned about this and asking hard questions. The balance sheet will effectively make it nearly impossible for Intel to sell off assets when the time comes. I find it almost astonishing that this type of miss-management is calmly tolerated by employees. In the old days of "open and direct" communication, the senior leaders would be demolished by employees for these decisions.
