1.5% and NO bonus. Sadly twice as much s LY
8%, 3.8% Bonus
Base plus bonus was 6.5% total
6.5% with exceptionak

haha...."bumps".....meaning at most a 2% increase where you're expected to jump for joy and when you don't, your manager scolds you for being difficult? Ah yes, THOSE bumps.
Mine was awesome.... $1B in bonus, $250k in salary bump and jack sh$t in job satisfaction....we good?
