Why are fs techs having to watch an hour stupid video and other depts got a higher up mgmt person like Paul Hilbert or someone to approach them with their offers and answer questions . I get it there's a lot of people but still where's the professionalism there ? And then what ask a supv that has no idea what's going on questions . I honestly think they have no idea what is going on . Not surprised there ! Good luck !

So let me get this right. See if I understand this correctly. You got paid to watch TV for an hour and your feelings are hurt because Mommy wasn't there to tell you everything was going to be okay? Stop with the don't I matter too crap, you've got bigger problems.
They probably feel they have total control of your shop no worries
