Look more carefully...they are buying and selling the same day. Other transactions are options or gifts (like these guys need anymore compensation for crappy job they have done.)
I think it's in reference to all the insider trading and stock buys that the exec's have been doing lately
http://money.cnn.com. Check stock price , shareholders tab -largest transactions by value over- change to last 3 months.
