Very quiet here. No mention of an ACT for 2017. However, nobody would be surprised either if they rolled it out. Not a super healthy environment.
My managers asked for the others in our group to do 360s on the people that we suspect she'd like to give poor ratings.
Happened last year as well. She cherry-picked out of context quotes from them and used them on FOCALs. I know because I heard my words be mis-used!

what makes anyone think that they will "announce" anything when they let people go? By announcing anything it will affect stock performance and further mess up the morale so there's no way they'll announce anything. Heard of the whole "element of surprise" BS from BK's idol?
My team did do 360s this year. We were told we'll start getting our signed focal a/pay letters by next week.
That may not be enough cuts. What percent of people would that end up at? Another 10-11% I would think that's the cut required this year again.
Uh we still had 360s to do; optional but most people do them anyway. Everything is very quiet here, no one knows anything.
I don't think they will anounce anything. They will just walk the IRs, SSL5 and SSL4 with minimum packages. Could happen right when these people receive their focal. This will be SOP going forward.
98% of the people here who keep making up this sh-- either work at AMD/QCOM, were let go in ACT or know that they will soon get the IR/SSL5 boot for their crap performance.
The other 2% are just trolling.

there will not be another ACT ever again. Too much bad press.
This year there was no 360 feedback asked or given by anyone. Was it like that for everyone? No review of the document so far. I hear ACT announced probably next week.
