Next round is furlough for US and UK and mandatory unpaid leave for apac.

i believe furlough is a nice concept

been there too

i remember it can be mandatory or not, depending countries (means country laws)

that said if your management is pushing you on this ... can be tough to refuse

some way to convince people is to suggest people not taking furlough would be last ones to get salary review (if applicable) or first one to leave (if applicable)

eventually ; please consider CEO / LT huge need for bonus;

then it makes sense to give them our days off , every buck counts .. :-)

Been through 3 furloughs in the UK and I didn't go on them as they aren't mandatory, nor can they see you in a negative light if you choose not to participate.

Sorry Avaya, i like to be paid when I work, maybe you can stop that 4 million of bonuses for the execs, ya bunch of weapons.
