I have to walk into work everyday to a display in foyer that suggests I'm privileged in some manner and should be ashamed of myself. Whoever put that up should work for a non profit somewhere.

Diversity is great. But making white employees feel like they should not be there is, in a sense, racism. How about valuing peoples skills and talents, instead of the color of their skin. Target is, once again, completely out of touch!
Did I miss something? Is there a shortage of White males at TGT HQ???? It sure looks pretty Vanilla to me. I just spent the week staying downtownMinneapolis visiting HQ the staff in those buildings does not quite match the faces I saw outside of them , I'd say TGT HQ has a LONG way to go in the Diversity dept.
Hotel: Diverse staff from Manager to front desk
Taxi: Driver diverse on all 4 rides
Restaurants: 50/50 Mix of Diversity
Target Stores Visited: at least a 50/50 Mix of Diversity
Distribution Center Visited: Very Diverse
No matter how hard Target and America works against me, I will not succumb to their desire that I feel "white male guilt".
