Can we clean house in management yet?

They got rid of levels of management, but seemed to bring in a few more layers within the last year. How many external VP's were hired in the last year? BC seriously needs to go, but I'm afraid if he goes now that the stock would tank more and there is not no way we would recover.
They have the full confidence of the board. Unless you stop giving management your proxy vote for board appointments, it will not change. The stock is heading much lower, then lights out. The real estate has likely lost value too.
