saffron is Intel's AI platform. This is being used to classify underperforming employees. Everything from badge swipe logs, lync IM, email, expense claims, remote working, mandatory trainings etc as being inputted to this system for employee classification. currently this is in trial phase with HR but already oitputs such as sentiment analysts, social media author identification from their Intel email writing signature patterns etc are yielding good results to be used to weed out the worst performers. Intel wants to keep this secret so employees don't modify behavior.

Whether or not this was originally a sham post, this is absolutely going on in SMG with the use of SalesForce.
Management, forecast and compensation by metric. No one below VP is happy.
obviously a sham post... they aren't putting that much effort into it and if it were true the potential for a lawsuit would be enormous
would be hard to fool such a system
