Time will come when people are picketing with signs saying " European greed" and "corporate greed" in front of his 31 million Greenwich Village pad. Maybe in front of other evp and hr vp houses also. Just like they did when verizon was going through turmoil.

That why he has a contract duh.. the company can make 0 dollars they still have to pay the man his money. He is smart to negotiate/bargain his contract . Trust no one not even yourself.
If the company is not making profits then I agree that the CEO should either take a pay cut or a lower/deferred bonus. Failure isn't rewarded with non salary and it should be the same with salary. If Tim Cook can take a cut so can Dexter.
Its a slap in the face to the eye's of employees and the public watch dogs. Draconian cuts meanwhile he rakes in millions. If he had any soul he would say " guys, i will cut my salary in half. I can make do with 12 million a year"
If he earned just a dollar.... would that have changed things?
