Avaya will focus only on R&D and Product development. It will outsource Support and Professional services to HPE.

All the Tier2 team has been outsourced >4 years ago to Phillippines, Bulgaria and Dominica.
Pieces of Tier3 have been outsourced to different companies, e.g. HP (who later double-outsourced those teams).
There are still some internal Tier3 teams left in US, EMEA and India - yet to go.
Which would not be a surprise at all...
what a b---s---. Many T1/T2/T3 teams have been already outsourced in the last year so there is not much they can do there additionally. Most of these activities are done now by outsourced teams in the Philippines and other low cost countries anyway
