You are 100% correct and a class action lawsuit is coming over employees working through their lunch breaks for the last 16 years. The previous post reached some insiders and they are reading this and getting scared. Keep the information flowing.
OMFG. It's totally game over for Avaya. This lawsuit by Blackberry will decimate Avaya and the creditors understand that $1.5 billion severely compromises ANY possibility that Avaya can emerge as a functioning company. A win by Blackberry will reduce the value of Avaya by $1.5 billion or more and will hang over the heads of whoever takes Avaya over. There is NO way Avaya can recover from this. Prediction: Avaya will be forced into liquidation and the company will die. With this news, the few remaining customers will move away from Avaya and there will be no new customers. This is the death knell for a company that should have died a long time ago. Worthless, incompetent, greedy leaders and investors brought this on themselves. Better RUN fast or be caught in the undertow of a sinking ship.
