When i joined this company a decade ago, it was a pride to carry the logo on your T-Shirt, Bag, ID card. People used to respect the brand. In spite of being paid less than the market, i was an honor to work @ HP.

I left HP last year with bad experience from bad sr. managemt. Now looking at the situation. see few of my friends loose their jobs, it Hurts. What have they made a great company to a minnow. Sorry DXC, you s--k

I am legacy HP now with DCX and have no pride in my company. I was a PROUD HP employee and only bought HP products and made sure my family did as well. Now after the sh-- Meg did to this company I will Never purchase another HP product again.

One US employee is replaced by 2-3 off-shored Indians who have basic skills. These new employees are failing and those of us who are left are being forced by management to check their work, more time away from me doing my job just to babysit the off-shored employee so the executives can say that off-shoring is successful. The only ones who know the truth is us grunts.

Waste your time doesnt matter in which country you are. in Costa Rica the management is really bad. Salaries are only good if you go and came back when they need you. Dont expect to have a good salary if you stay a long time. No way. the incentives are good for the new people, you will be happy at he begging if you never worked before. But you will see the bad things in 2 or 3 months. the old people get less incentives just because they have 5 to 10 years in the company.

True. Today it's only facebook and google that have that 'pride' element, csc/ibm/hp and others are considered to be 'old school', boring and too rigid. young folks do not rush to come work for us
