Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Bartlesville c---roaches are starting to creep down.

We are seeing Bartlesville c---roach managers coming down on a regular basis now trying to save themselves and creep into our organization. We don't want the filth. They use excuse they are down to organize Bartlesville layoffs and closure but hear them trying to secure positions for themselves.

It is funny how Information was leaking out of the Bartlesville managers long before we started hearing from ours about restructuring and centralization.

Well, every organization can use a few extra "managers," right? Their skills are essential when cutting staff. Just think: you could add 20-30 new groups in Houston with no staff below them!

They are here to interview those in Houston that will soon be severed. Maybe some will have a specialized skill they can use as they build up the Bville workforce in the next cost saving move.

It's the top Finance management that's the biggest problem. They should all be fired. There are some jewels in middle management, but they are few and far between.
