Time to flush these city sleckers and clean house while you still can. You are new to their shell game (AKA silos) but we the people have been witness their smooth-talking overpromising "personalities" for too long. Our laughable HR culture which allows these untouchables to continually fail upwards is killing morale, passion, and stock price. The end is near, only you can save the company but you need to act NOW.

Ah I think I know that angry poster guy. He was a real douche when he was in the DC.
SL is still around much to everyone's dismay. The one unlikable canadian still manages to hold onto her position and make the poorest of decisions. At least she's not gutting anymore of the NY staff and since she's half the person she used to be, it's that much less of her that we have to see when she rears her ugly head.
Everyone knows that the angry poster is the dude from the design center who never had a nice word for anyone or anything. When he was let go, i pretended to get sick and let early in case he came back and tried to shoot the joint up.
Mattel has as much of a chance of a turnaround as the Titanic did heading for that iceberg :)

The HTC? It stands for Hacks To Cut. There's nothing there except a bunch of entitled no-talents, there managers and a bunch of cars. Sell it off and farm out design to China - it's good enough!
As for M-GO, she hasn't made any cuts at Management because she can't find anyone willing to come to Mattel. It's a turd circling the bowl and anyone with any talent is staying away.....far away.
M-Go, you need to spend a few weeks at the HTC to witness the workflow of our Design & Development wizards. Get to know ClownDown and learn about his extensive design and management background. Make some friends at Disney and inquire about ClownDown's customer satisfaction index. He's the mastermind who got us out of that lopsided Disney Princess contract and saved our stock! Then buddy up to our man Goodman and have him proudly show you his engineering sheepskin. Then take a walking tour of Goodie's wild successes having China design & develop everything without any ES help. He's gonna save us millions when he shuts down the HTC once and for all. These two all-stars are easily worth their weight in styrene!
I hope the investors and analysts that read this blog, finally rise up and demand all of their resignations. They have bankrupted the company along with their souls and need to be fired WITH CAUSE so that they don't get their payout. They've done countless, illegal actions against many of the people they forced out and I know of at least one who is filing a lawsuit next week.
Let's see RG explain his fictional "investigation" in open court and see if he makes it from the court house without getting arrested.
Speaking of giving away millions, is now the ABSOLUTE BEST time to give away 50 big ones? Sure, helping UCLA hospital is wonderful but shouldn't we get our house in order first? It would be one thing if that 50 million came out of C-suiter bonuses, but I have a feeling that ultimately we little people will pay the price in layoffs downstream. 50 million would keep a lot of seamstresses employed. We certainly have enough tax writeoffs this year with all our other losses. Who's minding the store?
