Looking at performance on the field I would think HR would do a better job if they run tools.
So this is where the merit raises went!!!!! I am waiting for HR to go out and run tools. They think they can run the company, so let them.
Being in HR over the last 2 years has been absolutely horrible and very distressing for me personally. But the massive bonus payments I got have help enormously. I can now afford many new luxury items. Actually thinking about it I feel so much better with all this extra money in my purse. And I don't mind so much sending out all those BH redundancy notices to all the minions. It's only a job after all.
My manager at Global Mobility received 2 payments this year each $48000 payment !!
