It is time for BC to go. He has done the job that he was overly compensated for. He has completed the task that he is known in the industry for. He is not known to bring a company back from the grave. It is funny to me when they say they got rid of layers of management, but have since added them back in. Yes, you have to be a certain type of person to fit into the Target culture. I don't agree with all the damn coffee statuses or status in general. I do like my Target family. BC has never tried to fit in and connect with the team. He is running b Target into the ground. I am afraid he will push out the few leaders, that we respect, that are remaining. We either need BU back or JM in the helm.

It's not the boycott... It's ineffective processes, instocks issues, bad website... and that's fundamental leadership problems at the CEO level down. Too few people taking a stand for what really matters, too many executives swayed by flattery instead of facts, and trend/'innovation' that's meaningless to the people who purchase. In other words, same old Target.
BC needs to admit that the boycott is hurting sales and do something about it before Target is too far gone to save! I would like to have my job a year from now!
BC has given MM way too much leeway. MM has destroyed TTS and will f up digital. Has anyone seen the CNBC article on ship from store being the least profitable channel. They think that is our future. Ouch!
It's no longer BC ruining TGT... it's the board that is. They are the genius leaders that hired him, supported his poor business decisions, and somehow keep him on board still.
We need more than a new CEO, the board needs complete replacement too.
Not just those of us inside that feel he and team need to go.
