Hearing that Seagate's having real issues ramping 10TB Helium. I guess shouldn't be surprising given massive layoffs of experienced engineers. And now Toshiba finally has a 8TB nearline in the market. Luczo is going to get what's coming.

Read the rest of the article on the link above. Seagate no longer releasing how many drives it sells and to what sector. Must make for uncomfortable power point presentations seeing those block charts heading south quarter on quarter......
Toshiba nearline tech is much worse. Trust me. But certainly impossible to catch up with WDC in the near term. Don't bank on HAMR.
