Anyone feel abused by a fairly new SVP? Something along the lines of a verbal beat down and then a "thank you, you're doing a great job" a few minutes later (but in front of others, of course). Apparently, the guy is something else. Someone check on this! We don't need anymore exits. The "attrition strategy" should be over by now.

great advise- don't show emotion. The nameless, faceless troll of the moment needs to report back responses, inferences drawn upon your reactions. You're playing poker here. The boss isn't trusted. Anything you say or do WILL be held against you. Your responses are polite, professional, short and to the point of the question. Nothing more will help you.
