No i donot agree with OP that there is some sort of caste conspiracy in these companies it is usually a political game to divert the focus on unimportant things and delaying with the real problem. Get a Union and start fighting the unethical and illegal practices of these companies.Do not let these ideas by some idiotic politicians split your focus and produce constructive results for yourself and the likes of you.
