Customers are saying this about everything Avaya has to offer. Basically it's a vote of no confidence, given the probability that Avaya will be sold off in pieces. It would be foolish to invest in new solutions from a company in this situation. You only have to look at the deals that are coming in. See any "net new" ? Of course not. Virtually all of the business is coming from existing customers who must expand or who are in the middle of migration and can't back out.
