Those of us with shareholding in INTC will be receiving mail or email about voting for certain issues around Intel. I encourage you to vote your conscience.
I for one were happy to approve the directors EXCEPT Brian Krzanich. Even with an impartial shareholder hat on I feel he is taking the corporation in multiple wrong directions not through any careful strategy but because of knee-jerk confusion as he chases after the next shiny object.
I also voted against the board's recommendations for executive compensation, shareholder proposals, and everything else that would have made it easier for them to reward themselves and pass future changes with diminished shareholder approvals. Intel is sliding down a slope where turning it around will become harder every quarter. Rewarding BK with a 14% pay rise and a 30% rise overall is the opposite of what ought to be happening, in my opinion.
So, your vote is your vote and individually perhaps not very much. But, we know what happens if people do not vote. Please vote your conscience.
