If you follow macro-axis, this isn't a new number. Weatherford has been in the 40-60% range for years. Further, bankruptcy doesn't usually mean going under Enron-style. It usually means restructuring, which isn't good but it isn't out of business either.

Ya weatherford is totally going bankrupt bro. Hiring 8 people in the last 3 months to keep up with all the work in my yard alone was just for laughs before we go under.
