The only thing holding up oil price is perceived global risk. Otherwise, inventory is still high and OPEC cannot be trusted. Sadly, this President does not understand diplomacy. Stirring up further conflict, spending 100 million plus on his weekend golfer-warrior stunt. All to distract from the chaos and "Art of the Spiel".
