I vote Cerberus. They bought Staples EU already....
Just needed to boost the stock. PE won't buy this in whole. They may carve up the company. That's why so much has been sold/outsourced. Have to make it leaner to make it attractive to a buyer. They won't pay what Staples wants, so this is a moot point.

It too early to even discuss this. It's a rumor out of Boston from one inside source. While it wouldn't surprise me, talk to be once an agreement in close at hand.

Who will pay? In all likelihood NO ONE. Hail Mary passes rarely work. Little real value left in this dog. Just Business Direct, but so much of that requires a lot of fancy footwork to make it transferable. AMAZON wins w/o lifting a finger.
