H1b requests for the year only take 2 days meet there limit. More companies looking to hire H1b then American workers. wTF.

H1bs at Intel are interviewed and compete against everyone else to get the job. The new rule does not change that. It mostly impacts outsourcers (tata infosys etc..). Not Intel and other major us firms. If anything the new rule will open up more visas for foreign students in US.
