A year ago we brought in TelApi code line that had been shelved for year because it had no customers. We combined it with another acquisitions and named it Zang. Now year later we are bleeding money have extremely limited traction in the marketplace compared to our online peers. Given our current financial situation we should just shut it down.

Zang really is a piece of work. It has absolutely nil in sales or market-share. The distraction it causes with some execs if seriously damaging other UC and cloud products.
Do u guys see Rincentral,8x8, Twillo any many all in in mid market and cloud space and making revenue in sum > 500M. Avaya should exist in place. Once current situation get over then we will play 20-20 game with them to kill competition.
Zang can spend what they want and there are no controls in place to manage their spend
If you look at the acquisitions during the tenure of the current top management, all of them have failed. There is something fishy in most of these acquisitions. Who did benefit due to them? Definitely not Avaya.
