We heard interesting discussion in Luigi's than several are leaving for Houston very soon. Apparently a realtor from out of town will be handling their homes. We couldn't hear much but the group of about 10 - 12 people with at least five women were laughing and talking about housing areas in Houston they had looked at, Harris County taxes versus other nearby counties and mud taxes! We didn't recognize any of them.

Last commenter needs to chill! I'm starting to get concerned and you don't learn anything by slamming and denying every thread that comes out. Does anyone else out there know anything or have heard anything about what's happening with Bartlesville?
Because this is another BS post with the premise that some news was accidentally overheard in a local eatery.
Why would they choose an out of town realtor instead of a local realtor that knows everyone and has contacts? Seems pretty dumb to me!
I would not want to be the last person to put my oversized overpriced house on the market in the Bartlesville area. The soon to be unfortunates might want to try to refinance their house taking all the cash out ASAP then wait for the final day and then mail the key to the mortgage company. Certainly better than an accidental fire.
